Our 2,000-square-meter production plant houses 300 employees manning eight production lines equipped with insertion loss and return loss test instruments, interferometers and surface testing instruments. Our monthly production capacity reaches 200,000 patch cords, 60,000 adapters, 20,000 media converters and 30,000 splice closures. Most of our competitors only have plug polish four procedures, while we have six procedures, namely, plastic grinding, adhesive removal, rough/first grinding, middle grinding, finish grinding and polishing.
Our 20 QC staff with five years' experience, 30 senior managing staff with more than eight years' experience and nine engineers with eight years' experience utilize our advanced technology to produce high-quality products. Our main high-quality raw materials include fiber optic cables from US Corning and insert cores from Japan. Due to high technology equipment, such as our DORC interferometer from US Agilent, can assure the high quality of our products.
More than 30 clients visit our factories each year. Our MOQ is one piece, and we can deliver 1,000 patches, 10,000 adapters and 1,000 media converters in three days. It takes four days for 1,000 splice closures.
